Sobi Fish Processing Industries Ltd. is a modem 100% export oriented fish processing plant . The company is located at Natun Bazar by the side of river Bhairab in Khulna city . The sea port “MONGLA” is well connected by river and road and it is only 40 km distance from the factory by road .
Sobi Fish Processing Industries Ltd. established in 1994 as a private limited company. The purpose of forming up of this seafood processing plant was through the fisheries development strategy of the Ministry of Fisheries with an overall objective to develop and strengthen the production capacities by efficient exploitation and effective utilization of the fishery resources of Bangladeshi waters. To facilitate export of the frozen product, port city Khulna was chosen as the location.
